The first that comes to mind is Steven from Steven Universe *heart eyes emoji*
I think a lot of his relationship to gender would tie into his identity as someone who’s part gem, part human. His life and consciousness essentially come from his mother / his gem identity, and his human (male-assigned) body comes from his father. We see a lot of him being the connection between the human world and the gems, and we’ve seen a little of him playing with gender (mostly in Sadie’s Song). Additionally, he never seems particularly attached or unattached to being male, and none of the other characters, gem or human, ever call a lot of attention to his assigned or performed gender. He just is what he is, and I love that.
I also think that Eleven from Stranger Things is non-binary *heart eyes emoji* Mostly since she has grown up so detached from gender. I want her to be in a safe protected place so she can learn what she likes, as far as gender expression and everything else in the world.
I’m also waiting for someone to draw a comic of her where someone’s like “Are you a boy or a girl?” “I’m a superhuman.” “Okay, but what’s in your pants?” “Eggo waffles”
