The Coffee Cats  by Elena Efremova

At the coffee time, Russian illustrator Elena Efremova
enjoys herself drawing adorable cats directly inspired by the type of
coffee she’s drinking like an ordinary Americano, a cappuccino or an
expresso. She always imagines adorable cats straight out of her cups and
basking on the sheets.

This is one of my favorite posts because that cat’s fucking name is fucking meatloaf

Let us just appreciate that this person’s dad didn’t know when they would be home and so he couldn’t plan for them to be able to join the family for dinner, but he knew with no doubts that dear sweet Meatloaf staying in that exact position for hours was an absolute in this scenario. Truly, that cat was named well.

one of my favorite posts on tumblr over the course of 5 fucking years.. clearly i need a life

I forgot about Peedee, but I can totally see that! Baff and I have had extensive talks about Steven Universe characters and our real world peeps, and we both came to the conclusion that you’re probably Stevonnie, because 1) total cutie, 2) the perfect mix of Steven’s faith in people and Connie’s desire for friendship and 3) total cutie.

*is blushing extremely* Omg, I’m so honored because I ADORE Stevonnie. Steven and Connie are my favorite characters so it’s no surprise that Stevonnie is the most perfect.

Also you should know I’m going to cosplay Steven in the future, and Amy is going to be Rose Quartz and her boyfriend is going to be Greg and it’s going to be the best and I’m going to learn every Steven song on the ukulele

What’s your favorite meme?

Currently the Tag Yourself meme (to no one’s surprise). I think it’s fascinating compared to most memes; you don’t really need the context of its first instance in order to “get it,” and there’s an extra participatory element, not just in creating new spins on the meme, but in associating yourself and your friends with characters in each iteration. That’s what makes it so addictive, at least for me–like, whenever I see one without any characters that I relate to, I desperately want to seek out more of them until I find a character that I do relate to and can tag myself as.

(Oh god, I just went on a critical analysis ramble about a meme. I’m such a damn nerd about memes I think they’re so fascinating)

I also enjoy Dog of Wisdom
